  • Why are you walking the Way of St. James to support your sister?
I want to reach as many people as possible to inform about HSP and to draw attention to the disease. Before my sister was diagnosed I had never heard of HSP and I assume that it is the same for many people. Moreover, walking gets harder for the affected during the course of the disease. To walk to draw attention to a disease which makes walking hard or impossible seemed to be a logical conclusion.
